Your Tasks:
• Manage project or sub-project responsibilities, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
• Develop product designs, document requirements and test plans in close collaboration with product managers
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (DHF, DMR) in accordance with regulatory standards, including MDR
• Lead or contribute to risk management activities according to ISO 14971, including risk analysis, risk control implementation, and verification
• Ensure smooth transfer into production, including required process qualifications and personnel training
• Plan and execute tests internally and coordinate testing with external laboratories
• Support technical investigations related to complaints and contribute to design changes and continuous product improvement
Your Profile:
• Successful completion of a degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field
• Extensive project experience in the medical device industry, preferably with Class IIa or higher devices, and experience supporting MDR CE submissions
• Experience with CAD software for product design
• Highly innovative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent and goal-oriented working style
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Deine Aufgaben:
• Systemseitige Auftragssteuerung: kaufmännische Anlage, Terminierung und Freigabe von Fertigungsaufträgen im ERP-System
• Ressourcen- & Kapazitätsplanung: Eigenverantwortliche Disposition der erforderlichen personellen Ressourcen und abstimmen Kapazitäten auf die Auftragslage
• Materialdisposition: Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit, Überwachung von Lagerbeständen sowie Auslösen Beschaffungsvorgängen bei Bedarf
• Lenkung und Überwachung aller Beschaffungsprozesse gemäß Materialbedarfs-planung und Qualitätsrichtlinien
• Stammdatenpflege: Anlegen von Artikelstammdaten, Optimierung von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten im ERP-System
• Überwachung der Lagerhaltung sowie ordnungsgemäße Lagerzuführung von beschafftem Material (Wareneingangsbuchungen, Lagerplatzverwaltung, Wareneingangskontrollen)
• Betreuung von Kunden und Lieferanten (telefonisch und schriftlich)
Das bringst Du mit:
• Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
• Kundenorientiertes Auftreten
• Teamorientierte, abteilungsübergreifende Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Sicher Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics365 (Finance and Operation)

• Responsibility for software and hardware engineering tasks in the R&D team
• Design, conception, implementation and test of software and hardware solutions for complex medical devices
• Independent creation and revision of circuit diagrams
• Preparation and maintaining technical documentation according to valid specifications
• Mantrailing existing software products
• Organization of the successful transfer of software and hardware products into production
• Participation in the risk management process for the assessment of product-related risks
• Assumtion of sub-project responsibility
• Support service team to address customer requests
• Execution of special tasks and projects as directed by supervisor
Your Profile:
• Completed studies in natural sciences or engineering (FH or university), preferably electrical engineering, medical engineering or automation technology (M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing.)
• At least five years of professional experience in R&D in medical industry
• Technical expertise in the development of medical devices including practical knowledge of relevant standards like IEC 60601-1
• practical knowledge of programming in accordance with EN 61131, prefers PLCs from B&R
• Knowledge of CAD software like Solid Edge, SolidWorks or similar is an advantage as well as OPC UA
• Strategic and analytical thinking as well as operational implementation skills
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical contexts
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and team orientation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
