Your Tasks:

• Management responsibility for the Customer Service team

• Representation of the CS department in cross-functional teams

• Continuous process improvement

• Quotation, acceptance, processing, monitoring, delivery and invoicing of orders

• Creating the associated documents for order processing, shipping, invoicing and credit notes in the ERP and database system

• Coordination in the team to obtain export licenses for special countries, e.g. Ukraine, Iran, etc.

• Customer support in close cooperation with the sales force and dealers

• Regular communication with internal departments, e.g. purchasing, production, service, shipping and finance

Your Profile:  

• Professional experience in customer service and comprehensive knowledge of the applicable legal bases

• Experience in managing employees

• Knowledge of project management and experience in leading cross-functional teams

• Experience in commercial and international trading activities

• Good PC skills, especially MS EXCEL and commercial software

• Customer-oriented appearance, strong communication skills and team spirit

• Confident command of German, French and English at least C1 level
